My experience on Aethelmark Philippines, I can say they are very good on service. They response quickly. Agents are responsible. I just member here last Dec. 2014. I had a claim for my father’s death and they response quickly. You can reach them easily. I just had a one call to them regarding claims. They tell the all the requirements. I don’t have a follow up calls for the status of my claims. They give me lead time and they are just right on time on that lead time. Great service. And very affordable.

I was hospitalized and confined last May 19, 2013 and was diagnosed due to Acute Appendicitis and need to have an operation immediately.After the succesful operation I need to stay at the hospital for another four days.The doctors recommend me for 30 days for full recovery of my wound.While I’m on leave.I remember that I have an insurance card (The Card links Insurance) .I checked and called it to clarify the coverage and tell about my confinement.The next day after I called the Card links employee/agents, They advice me to send my medical certificateand some documents to process my claims. After 10 days, I received their feedback that my Hospital benefits was approved and now I can get my claims in my bank account. I realized that there is an advantage to have an insurance card. I would like to thank Card links, Especially Ms. Duds for her assistance on how to claim my hospital benefits. I will recommend Cardlinks to my friends.
