"To tell you honestly I already forgot I have this kind of health insurance. Because when the policy arrived last year I just run through it for a while then kept it somewhere so to speak. Unfortunately I was hospitalized because of Pneumonia; this was the scenario on how I was able to make claims – I am confined from August 9 – 15, 2015. While I am on my recovery period, I have some sort of memory lapses. It was like, I have to go to a particular place in our house and get something then if I am already in that room I can no longer remember what am I suppose to get. Last September 5, I went inside our room to get something but when I get there I can’t remember what to find. I just stand in front of a drawer trying to recall my purpose in going inside, my attention was drawn by a blue envelope on top of my drawer; and because I have no idea what to get I picked up the envelope instead then checked. To my surprise, I find a health insurance card called C-Shield on it. I was amazed to find it out because it is going to expire by September 15 of the same year. So to make the story short, I inquired on how to make claims honestly apprehensive on its validity and reliability. They instructed me to send documents of my hospitalization and after sending, I am still not convinced if this is true – “Hospitalization benefit for me?” I just told myself, at least you tried. But it was reliable indeed after some period of waiting; I successfully have the financial claim. I am just so thankful that I was able to make the claims just in the matter of time before its expiration J For me, trust and truthfulness matters especially that the entire transaction of being a policy holder and making the claims was never personally done, only through phone calls and e-mails then summing it up successfully and getting what was due for me I can still say that it still pays to believe and trust."
