"I subscribed to C-shield Health Card last October 2014, as my way in order to at least sort of insurance for myself and for my loved ones. Unfortunately, last July 8, 2015, my father passed away. Last August 28, 2015, I tried to file a claim through electronic mail, for the burial benefits for my father. They urgently respond to my query and provided me with the needed requirements. I completed the requirements on September 9, 2015 afterwards, they informed me that my claim can be approved after fifteen (15) working days. True to their words, they informed me on October 2, 2015 that my claim has been approved and provided me with the needed requirements. For a busy person like me, I really appreciate their procedure that I can file the claim through electronic mails and they will just deposit it in my bank account, without the burden of going to their office."
